Your data is used only to grow your soul map and journey. It is never sold and never used for ads. Your data is sacred.

Santari is a sacred space. We treat your personal data with the same reverence we bring to the spiritual practices within the app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: Email address, name, and authentication credentials (Sign in with Apple, Google, or email/password). If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the name and email you choose to share (and, with Google, your profile picture).

Soul profile data: Date of birth, time of birth (optional), birth location, and your name at birth. This data is used to generate your personalized spiritual blueprint including numerology, astrology, and daily practices.

Conversations and journal entries: Messages you exchange with Santari, dream journals, reflections, and all journal entries you create. These are used to build your soul map — a personalized understanding of your spiritual journey.

Practice and progress data: Which meditations, breathwork sessions, sleep tracks and frequencies you use, and your Neural Map progress.

Voice: Only when you choose to speak (voice typing or live voice talk), your voice is turned into text so Santari can answer you (see AI Processing below). Santari does not store recordings of your voice.

Purchases: If you subscribe, your payment is handled by Stripe (on santari.ai) or Apple (in the App Store). We receive your subscription status, never your card details.

Device information: Push notification tokens (if you opt in), timezone, and basic analytics events (page views, feature usage). We do not collect IP addresses for tracking purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data serves one purpose: making Santari a better guide for you. Specifically:

— Personalizing your daily energy, meditations and frequencies from your soul blueprint
— Building and evolving your soul map from conversations and journal entries
— Providing contextual spiritual guidance through Santari AI
— Calculating your daily energy readings (numerology, astrology, tarot)
— Sending gentle reminders and your daily energy as notifications (only if you opt in)
— Improving the app experience through anonymized, aggregated analytics

3. AI Processing

Santari's guidance is created by artificial intelligence. Before you use any AI feature, Santari asks for your permission to share your data with its AI partners, and only shares it once you agree.

Anthropic (Claude) powers Santari's guidance: conversations, readings, daily practices and your soul map. When you chat or ask for a reading, your messages and the relevant parts of your soul blueprint (such as your name, birth date, time and place) are sent to Anthropic to create the reply.

ElevenLabs powers Santari's voice. When you dictate a message, talk with Santari live, or have a reply read aloud, your voice recording or the text to be spoken is sent to ElevenLabs to turn speech into text and text into speech. Voice recordings for dictation are passed through to create the text and are not stored by Santari.

Your data is used only to answer you. Neither partner uses your conversations or voice to train their AI models, and your data is never sold or shared for model training, improvement, marketing or advertising.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

We implement security headers (Content-Security-Policy, HSTS, X-Frame-Options), rate limiting, and CORS protection to safeguard the application.

Apple Health (iPhone app, optional). If you connect Apple Health, Santari reads your heart rate, resting heart rate and heart rate variability to show how your body responds to your breathwork, meditation, Sleep Pod, frequencies and playlists, and saves your breathwork and meditation sessions as Mindful Minutes and, if you choose, how you feel after a session (State of Mind). Health data stays on your iPhone: it is never sent to Santari's servers, to Anthropic, to ElevenLabs or to anyone else, and is never used for advertising, marketing or AI training. You can turn it off in Santari's Settings, and remove Santari's access anytime in your iPhone's Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices. These readings are a reflection of your practice, not medical advice.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is only shared with:

— Anthropic (AI guidance, as described above)
— ElevenLabs (voice: speech-to-text and text-to-speech, as described above)
— Supabase (data storage and authentication)
— Vercel (application hosting)
— Upstash (rate limiting)

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

6. Your Rights

Access: Your soul map, journal entries, and practice history are visible to you within the app at all times.

Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. This removes your soul profile, conversations, journal entries, soul map, practice history, and all other data from our systems.

Data export: You may request a full export of your data by contacting us at the email below.

7. Children

Santari is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

Welcome to Santari. By using this application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Santari

Santari is an AI-powered spiritual guidance application that provides personalized daily practices, meditation guidance, breathwork protocols, journaling, and spiritual wisdom. Santari is a tool for personal growth and spiritual exploration — it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Santari. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

4. Subscription and Payments

Santari may offer a 7-day free trial for eligible users. After the trial, continued premium access requires a subscription: $11.11 per month or $111 per year.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing cycle.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within Santari — journal entries, dream logs, reflections, and conversations. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.

By using Santari, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service — generating personalized guidance, building your soul map, and creating daily practices tailored to your journey.

6. AI Guidance Disclaimer

Santari provides spiritual guidance powered by artificial intelligence. This guidance is drawn from ancient wisdom traditions and personalized to your journey, but it is not professional advice. Specifically:

— Santari is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional
— Spiritual guidance is not a substitute for mental health treatment
— Astrological, numerological, and tarot readings are for spiritual reflection, not prediction
— If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Santari to:

— Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
— Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the application's source code
— Use automated systems to scrape content or overload the service
— Share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
— Resell or redistribute Santari's content or AI-generated guidance

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Deletion permanently removes your account, soul profile, journal entries, conversations, soul map, practice history, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Santari available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

Santari is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to Santari shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

Santari, its design, content, AI systems, and brand are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without our written permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to This Policy and Terms

We may update this policy and these terms as Santari evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
